Where Would Abe Go?

It is quite confused that the once hated Japanese suddenly become Obama's beloved son and Abe is now encouraged to expand his military strength with a view to become a dominant power which it had dreamed of but failed in the past. But the world is no more controlled by superpower Uncle Sam and soon Uncle Sam will find out it is quite a spent force already. Soon the emerging powers would be coming forth to teach Uncle Sam a lesson not to go too far.
